Louis Lipschitz was appointed a director in June 2005. From February 1 1996 to March 2004 Mr. Lipschitz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Toys "R" Us Inc. Mr. Lipschitz has served as a director of Majesco Entertainment a publicly held software and digital content provider for electronic games since April 2004 where he is the Audit Committee Chairman and member of the Compensation Committee.
