Louis is a Director of Cliffwater LLC. Prior to joining Cliffwater in 2007, Louis was a Senior Manager in Benefits Finance at Pfizer Inc where his responsibilities included due diligence, manager selection and oversight of external managers for US and International Equities and alternative investments including hedge funds, for the company’s pension plans and corporate foundation. He had previous responsibilities at Pfizer in planning and business development involving product divestitures and licensing transactions, and as a business analyst in the treasury and corporate tax departments. Prior to Pfizer, Louis worked as a registered representative at FleetBoston Financial Quick & Reilly Group, at Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant, and with Monarch Financial Corporation as an Investment Executive in fixed income. Louis earned a BA in Economics from Villanova University, and an MBA from Penn State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. |
