Mr. Addeo is managing director of Aptus Management & Consulting, advising early-stage businesses on such matters as business development, growth strategies, mergers & acquisition and divestment. From 2003-2006, Mr. Addeo was president of AT&T Government Solutions, where he was responsible for the corporation’s relationships with federal government defense and civilian agencies, as well as the intelligence and homeland-security communities. Under his leadership, AT&T Government Solutions generated a pipeline of contracts worth in excess of $1 billion and annual revenue of more than $1.6 billion. The business unit was recognized as a Top 35 Federal Prime Contractor, was twice named to the list of Top 100 Government Contractors and was awarded the distinguished Industry Partner Excellence Award from the GSA for outstanding service to federal agencies worldwide. Prior to AT&T Government Solutions, as vice president of AT&T’s National Information Systems, Mr. Addeo directed a broad offering of professional services, managed services and in-depth intelligence capabilities to federal agencies and departments with highly specialized missions, including The White House, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the CIA and the NSA. Mr. Addeo also currently sits on the Board of Insight Sytems, Inc. His previous board memberships include: the U.S.O.; the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association; the National Defense Industrial Association; and the Executive Committee, Security Affairs Support Association.
