Description of Practice:
Louis T. Antosh, Jr. is a partner in the firm's Orange County office where his practice focuses primarily upon the representation of traditional lenders and commercial finance lenders in real estate finance transactions, with an emphasis on the CMBS market. In addition to his work in the finance arena, Mr. Antosh's experience includes representation of clients in purchase and sale transactions, title insurance practice and representation of borrowers in commercial finance transactions.
Mr. Antosh is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. When not practicing law, Mr. Antosh enjoys spending time with his two children, running and snowboarding.
Educational History:
Mr. Antosh received his Bachelor of Science in Management magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in 1992. Thereafter, he attended Boston University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1995. During his tenure at Boston University, Lou was an active member and officer of the International Law Society. |
