Louie Dubuc is the chief financial officer for FARA. He is responsible for managing the company's financial and cost accounting. Prior to this position, Dubuc worked as an accountant for MCorp, a Dallas bank holding company, in the mergers and acquisition department followed by a position in their corporate consolidations department. He then became a senior financial analyst in the international operations department for Recognition Equipment Incorporated. He joined FARA in 1990 as controller, responsible for all financial reporting and accounting functions. Dubuc was named corporate treasurer and a member of the board of directors in 1997. Dubuc received a bachelor of business administration degree from Louisiana State University. He is a licensed certified public accountant and a current member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of CPAs. Dubuc also belongs to the TEC Key Group, an international organization of senior managers. |
