Between 1990 and 2007, Mr. Scheps served as President and CEO of CASMED. In that pivotal role, Mr. Scheps was responsible for defining and shaping CASMED’s strategic business direction, resulting in CASMED’s unprecedented growth from $3.5 million to over $35 million in sales revenues. Under his leadership, CASMED was a five-time recipient of the "Connecticut Fast 50" award for the fastest growing technology companies in the state, a recipient of the 2007 Innovator of the Year award from Business New Haven magazine, and named to the Hartford Courant’s list of the Top 25 public companies in Connecticut. Before accepting the position of President and CEO, Mr. Scheps held the role of Director of Manufacturing for CASMED. Prior to his career at CASMED, Mr. Scheps was employed by Posi-Seal International as Vice President. He graduated from the GE Management Program and holds an Engineering degree from Purdue University. |
