Louis K. Ebling Lou's practice concentrates on all aspects of United States and international trademark law. Lou is a proactive, common sense counselor with significant experience in global portfolio management, transactions, licensing, brand creation, and internet issues. Lou's clients include consumer product and industrial manufacturers, service providers, foreign law firms and corporations. Lou is an active member of the International Trademark Association, presently serving on the U.S. Legislation Subcommittee, and immediate past Chair of the US Roundtables Project Team.
