Louis J. Rio serves as Chief Operating Officer for Globat.com. In this capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our company. Rio is a seasoned corporate executive with over 30 years experience in Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance for the Xerox Corporation. He is skilled in 'operationalizing' business process management, organizational development and in changing management strategies. He focuses on achieving P&L objectives, customer loyalty and overall business results. Prior to joining Globat.com, Rio completed consulting assignments for Fortune 500 companies throughout Hong Kong, Rome, Paris, Madrid and Zurich. Rio obtained his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1992 and is married with two children and three granddaughters. |
