As Vice President of Customer Operations, Mr. Muggeo is responsible for all aspects of service delivery to Everdream customers including the Help Desk and Managed Services organizations as well as for leading Everdream's customer advocacy initiatives. As the focal point of customer service & support, Muggeo brings over 25 years of customer support, and professional services delivery experience. Prior to Everdream, Muggeo was Vice President of Strategic Account Management & Industry Consulting Services at Kronos where he was responsible for expansion of their Management Consulting Practice focused on development and delivery of vertical business consulting services. Prior to Kronos, Muggeo was Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at Jamcracker where he was responsible for all service delivery to Jamcracker's customers, management of service and support partners, and support delivery through the Jamcracker Service Center. In addition, Mr. Muggeo was Vice President of Worldwide Customer Support at both Exodus Communications and Sybase and has worked in several start-up environments, including Gupta Technologies and Cullinet. |
