Louis E. Silverman was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on July 31, 2000. Mr. Silverman was previously Chief Operations Officer of CorVel Corp., a publicly traded national managed care services and technology firm with headquarters in Irvine, California. Mr. Silverman holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College. Mr. Silverman was appointed a director of the Company by the Board on May 25, 2005. |
