Lou is a former V.P. of Learning Strategy and Development at Cisco. He has been responsible for creating a unified eLearning strategy, driving the creation of business processes, and the development of the associated systems and applications to support the creation of Cisco University. In 2001, he was appointed V.P. and G.M. of the Voice Technology Group, which was responsible for the development of Cisco's core telephony software, data and voice DSP firmware. Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. |
