Lothar Rosenkranz is president and chief executive officer of Kautex Textron Inc.
Headquartered in Bonn, Germany, Kautex produces plastic fuel tank systems and steel fuel filler assemblies, camshafts, clear vision systems, blow-molded functional components and packaging products for the automotive and packaging industries. In addition to leading Kautex, Rosenkranz also serves on Textron's Transformation Leadership Team, comprised of the top executives of the corporation.
Prior to assuming his current position in 2000, Rosenkranz was vice president of operations for Kautex located in Germany. He also held various other management positions within Kautex including president, Southern Hemisphere for Kautex in Spain.
Rosenkranz earned his BS in Production Engineering from the University of Cologne and is an official assesor and trainer of the European Foundation for Quality Management. He has continued his education through an executive leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
