Lorraine is a principal and consulting actuary in the Salt Lake City office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 1991.
Experience
Lorraine's experience encompasses many aspects of healthcare financing. Her clients include employers and purchasing alliances, insurance companies and HMOs, and hospital and physician groups.
Much of her work focuses on cost effectiveness and plan design. Major projects involve extensive negotiations and projection models related to commercial, Medicaid, the elderly, and special needs populations. Lorraine’s experience includes:
