Lorraine Gnecco joined Embarcadero in January 2001 bringing with her over 25 years of human resources experience. Gnecco directs Embarcadero’s human resources and facilities functions, including recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, and operations, among others. Previously, Gnecco was senior vice president of Discovery Channel Retail, managing human resources, training, facilities, and legal. Before joining Discovery Channel Retail, Gnecco held assorted positions at Wells Fargo, including vice president of human resources and employee relations officer for the data center. She has served on numerous non-profit boards, including Board Chairperson for A Safe Place (shelter for battered women); vice president for the Women’s Philharmonic; vice president for Christmas in April, Oakland; and the Shanti Project. |
