Lori received her B.S. in Environmental Biochemistry from the University of California-Davis and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Louisiana State University. Before joining BASi, she was a group leader in the Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism Department of a major pharmaceutical company. The group was in charge of the development, validation and use of bioanalytical methods for quantification of veterinary pharmaceuticals and their metabolites in biological matrices as well as the determination of the metabolic pathways of new drugs and their pharmacokinetics. Lori has written several publications and given numerous presentations at professional meetings. Her work has contributed to several successful FDA registrations of new drugs. |
