Lori J. Launderville is a seasoned professional in the turnaround management industry with diversified experience and success in a variety of senior managerial, business development and supervisory roles. Lori is responsible for spearheading business development efforts for Focus Management Group in the Northeast and Southeast United States. With an extensive background in leading successful events in a wide array of industries, she also manages the coordination, planning and implementation of Focus Management Group's special events and customer outings.
In addition to her business development role, Lori supervises company involvement in industry professional associations, such as the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the Commercial Finance Association (CFA) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). As a TMA Board Member and Vice President of the TMA's Annual Southeastern Conference, Lori works directly with the organization's Florida Chapter in managing public relations and in coordinating special events. She also serves on the ACG's Sponsorship Committee.
During her career, Lori has played key roles for a variety of firms in developing and implementing programs, tools and strategies within an organization to increase sales volume. In a previous role, Lori successfully orchestrated the relocation of a company consisting of 250 employees. Using a time-effective approach to the moving process, Lori achieved significant cost savings for the company.
Lori has also initiated and launched internal websites, and developed on-line employee orientation programs and training sessions. She has received the Senior Service of Excellence award for outstanding performance for streamlining processes.
Lori has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Upper Iowa. She is a member of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
