Ms Gipp began her career in IT working for General Motors/EDS. Subsequent to GM, she worked on a three-year project for Ford Motor Company building its Common Manufacturing Management System (CMMS). She is a veteran of growing small software companies, first with Compuware and later Primavera. She has held increasingly senior positions in sales support, sales, product management and marketing. Most recently with Solstice software, she built the entire marketing and product management function for a venture capital start up. She oversaw branding, messaging, product management and marketing communications and was responsible for renaming the company and repositioning the product within ten weeks. Gipp's combined background in manufacturing and commercial software brings a wealth of experience to her role in growing IQS. |
