Lori has been with AGS since March of 1990 and has impressively received four Ben French Awards for Customer Service. The Ben French Award was created by AGS to honor dedication, attitude and performance within our organization. Lori earned this coveted honor in years 1999, 2000, 2003 and 2004. She received the Printing Industries of Maryland (PIM) Sustained Craftsmanship Award in 1993. She also is a three-time winner of our in-house Administrative Achievement awards for Customer Service for 1993, 1998 and 2002. Lori is a long-standing member of the Society for Service Professionals in Printing (SSPP) and has attained her Printing Service Specialist Certification from SSPP in 1996. In 2006 Lori was promoted to the position of Vice President of Service to Customers. |
