Ms. Baker is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Denver office and a member of the firm's Real Estate, Land Use and Natural Resources groups. Ms. Baker is well-versed in the theory, methodology, and practice of land use and infrastructure planning, environmental planning, and community planning and social policy.
In addition to her law degree, Ms. Baker received an Environmental Law Certificate and a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning focusing on land use and environmental planning.
Ms. Baker's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, zoning, entitlements and other land use development approvals.
