Lori Berti Press joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2005, and she is responsible for implementation of the Broker Specialist Program. As a liaison between Brown Harris Stevens sales and management divisions, Lori trains sales agents and brokers to be Broker Specialists. Every residential property in the management portfolio is assigned to a Broker Specialist who works closely with building management executives. They share information about current market conditions, sales transactions, building transfer requirements and other building policies, as well as the physical layout of the building and floor plans of the various lines. Representing Brown Harris Stevens, Lori directs the Broker Specialist Program in more than 150 buildings throughout New York City. She brings an extensive and versatile record of service to Brown Harris Stevens. During her career, she has held positions as a Rental Agent, Sales Associate, Manager, Vice President of Relocation, Sales Director and Managing Director. Lori and her husband make their home on the Upper East Side, where they enjoy the conveniences of the neighborhood and being close to both Central Park and Carl Shurz Park. |
