Lori Barker Sullivan Lori is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group, and is the Workplace Safety and Health Team Chair. She has more than a decade of experience in the area of occupational safety and health counseling and litigation. Prior to joining Greenebaum, she served as Deputy General Counsel for the Kentucky Department of Labor (formerly the Kentucky Labor Cabinet) where she advised agency leaders on the interpretation of occupational safety and health regulations and litigated contest actions before the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. With Greenebaum, Lori has counseled and defended employers of all sizes and in a variety of industries including automobile manufacturing, steel making, construction, public transportation, charities and others.
