Lonny Wilder is the Vice President of the Government Solutions Group. The division includes the Law Enforcement Training Network (LETN), the Fire and Emergency Training Network (FETN) and The Professional Security Training Network (PSTN). Lonny has been with TWLK since 1989 and served on the startup team for the Law Enforcement group in that year.
In 1999, while serving as General Manager for LETN, Lonny wrote the original strategy and business plan for the Public Safety Training and Communications Network (PSTCN) which later evolved into Homeland One. The Homeland One initiative led to the award of Federal grant funding which provided training to every Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement agency in the states of New Hampshire and Kansas. Lonny was also instrumental in the creation of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Television Network (CBP-TV), 528 Customs and Border Protection sites receiving LETN 24/7.
In 1989 Lonny signed and today continues to manage the original Master Services Agreement with the Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. TWLK and LETN provide the DOT with all of their custom production and training for the NHTSA Law Enforcement division.
Lonny has gathered thirty-five years in the communications industry as Vice President and General Manager, VP Business Development, VP Programming and Production, Director of Public Affairs, Executive Producer, Writer/Producer, and News Anchor/Reporter for the Law Enforcement Training Network, Talk Show Host and Reporter with two ABC network affiliates in Texas. Lonny began his career at the CBS Network in New York.
