Mr. Greenberg has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of UGI since August 1996 and Chief Executive Officer since August 1995. He was formerly President (1994 to April 2005), Vice Chairman of the Board (1995 to 1996), and Senior Vice President Legal and Corporate Development (1989 to 1994).
