Lloyd N. Steele is an associate in Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group. Lloyd’s practice focuses primarily on general corporate matters, public and private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and securities law compliance.
Lloyd is a 2001 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, he was a recipient of the City Bar Association Minority Student Fellowship, an intern at the Internal Revenue Service (Office of District Counsel), and a member of the Cardozo Tax Clinic.
