Lloyd joined womensforum.com in February as the Director of Strategic Services a role that encompasses the areas of finance, performance measurement, technology, business services and business development. Lloyd brings to womensforum.com 15 years of financial and managerial experience. Most recently, Lloyd was a Vice President for a regional staffing firm that was recently acquired by a national firm to be their platform company for expanding into the Mid-west. He founded and managed the Chicago practice. Prior to that, Lloyd also founded a Detroit practice for an international staffing firm. Both firms specialize in executive search and contract placement in the accounting, finance and information technology sectors. Lloyd started his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP. As an audit and business advisory manager, Lloyd was actively involved in assisting small businesses succeed. This included process re- engineering, strategic planning, market analysis and preparation of financial projections. Lloyd was actively involved in recruiting, training and mentoring the staff. Lloyd graduated with a BA degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. |
