Lloyd brings extensive financial market and mergers & acquisitions experience to the firm. He is responsible for sourcing and executing merger and acquisition, private placement and corporate finance assignments that maximize value for SEG clients. Prior to joining SEG, Lloyd was a Vice President at Koffler & Company, where he worked on a number of merger and capital raising assignments in a variety of industries, including consumer brand, business and consumer services, healthcare and technology. Lloyd also spent two years assisting technology companies as the Director of a business incubator based at UCLA, and eight years originating, underwriting and syndicating debt at Citicorp. Lloyd earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University. Lloyd has graduated from UCLA's Director Training and Certification Program and holds NASD Series 7, 28 and 63 Securities Licenses.
