Lloyd C. Chatfield was named Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in July 2007. He joined the Company in 2000, and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Chatfield most recently was Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Brunswick Corporation and has also served as Assistant General Counsel for the Corporation. He has also been General Counsel for each of the following divisions Brunswick Marine in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Brunswick Bowling & Billiards and the US Marine Division during his tenure with the Company.
Mr. Chatfield holds a bachelor’s of arts from the University of Tampa, and a juris doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Kentucky Law Journal. |
