Llance Kezner has had a leadership role in the customer communication space since 1996 and brings 15 years of sales management experience to Spoken. Most recently he was Vice President of Business Development and Channel Sales for InstantService and responsible for acquiring marquee call center clients and resellers in a variety of Fortune 500 and Global 5000 companies. Llance is a regular contributor to many customer service publications and writes regularly on various blogs. Previously, he co-founded an early stage technology company providing web self-service applications to global contact centers and before that he co-founded a wholesale distribution business that sold to national retail chains. Llance received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington and specialized in International Relations. |
