Liz has over 15 years of experience with lab, commercial, public, and institutional projects. Liz brings technical expertise, organizational detail and management to all aspects of the architectural process, from budgeting, scheduling, programming, schematic design through construction administration and project closeout. She is especially skilled at coordinating these processes through building consensus of all project participants. OZ has received positive Owner feedback as well as repeat business as a result of Liz’s teamwork. She received her Construction Document Technology (CDT) certification from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). Certified Construction Document Technologists have a demonstrated proficiency in the writing and management of construction documents, with a primary focus on the construction process, contractual relationships, and the use of construction documents. Liz is a LEED Accredited Professional, demonstrating a knowledge and commitment to sustainable design practices. |
