Liz began working with LVM Systems in 2002 as a Training Specialist. Since then, Liz has successfully trained over 450 call center staff members and now manages the Training & Clinical Content teams. In 2007, Liz assumed responsibility for developing a Client Services Department specifically focused on meeting the operational and procedural needs of our clients. As part of her responsibilities, Liz chairs our Client Advisory Committee and oversees all aspects of our Annual Users’ Conference. During the implementation process, Liz works with new clients to identify standard LVM reports designed to meet their needs. Post Go Live, Liz then provides ongoing assistance to clients relative to the successful use of LVM’s call center solutions. |
