Yu is a seasoned management consulting and business development professional within the telecommunications industry.
Prior to his position at TMNG China, Liu was a Launch Director and Business Development Manager at Virgin Management Consulting in Shanghai. In this role he oversaw operational alliances with company partners including agreement negotiations, workflow management and , project team coordination
Liu’s experience at China Putian Information Industry (Shanghai) focused on facilitating projects associated with China’s telecom operators. This role required his expertise in market research, network coverage and quality negotiation and business/ financial model development.
Yu also held positions at Motorola China and DBTEL Incorporated in Marketing and Research & Development.
