Mr. Liu Kwong Sang was appointed as Non-Executive Directors in October 2003, and is a member of the audit committee. Mr. Liu is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong, and since May 1997, has been managing director of K.S. Liu & Company CPA, Ltd., in Hong Kong.
