Lisa Walkush is a Managing Director in the Business Consulting practice of SMART. She has particular expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), strategy, process improvement and sales effectiveness.
Prior to joining SMART, Lisa worked for five years at Andersen Business Consulting as an Experienced Manager. She had a particular focus on implementing CRM technology to support sales and marketing, with expertise in the life sciences industry.
Before joining Andersen, Lisa was a Product Manager at Gentex Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for sales and marketing of the Filtron product line, a laser protective plastic material. Earlier, she served as a Regional Sales Manager at Lumonics Corporation. Lisa was responsible for selling laser systems and machining centers into heavy industry. |
