Lisa Shalet joined Blackshaw, Olmstead, Lynch, and Koenig (BOL&K) in 1997 as Director of Research. She has a history of involvement in the natural sciences, healthcare, and the professional services industry. During her career, she has been an educator, university researcher, healthcare researcher and an executive search consultant.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Ms. Shalet was associated with highly regarded companies and institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, the Veterans Administration and Emory University.

Ms. Shalet earned her undergraduate degree in psychotherapy and a graduate degree in developmental psychology from Temple University. She is a member of Women in Executive Search and Women Healthcare Executives.
