Lisa Priestley: Lisa Priestley is Senior Vice President, Investor Services of SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc. Ms. Priestley joined SunAmerica in 1995 and is responsible for structuring, administration and marketing of limited partnership Tax Credit equity investments to corporate investors, along with associated reporting regarding investment performance. She also served as General Counsel for SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc. and its affiliates handling the company's general corporate law matters and litigation management until 2003. Prior to joining SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc., Ms. Priestley was with the law firm of Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger specializing in real estate and bankruptcy law. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Long Beach. Ms. Priestley serves on the Executive Committee of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition and is a member of the State Bar of California.
