Lisa Piskin joined Equity Ltd. in 1999 as an office administrator and has since progressed through the ranks to a Transaction Coordinator where she assists both sellers and buyers through the due diligence process to ensure that all transactions move forward to a smooth and successful conclusion. Lisa works closely with clients to obtain all of the essential information regarding the marketability of the clients’ business. From there Lisa develops a customized marketing plan tailored to each client’s business. Each individual marketing plan consists of a confidential business review created by Lisa, which is an essential marketing tool and reference used by all potential buyers, their attorneys, accountants. With an emphasis on business development and while maximizing Equity’s resources, Lisa manages and develops Equity’s contact database so we can quickly target and identify potential buyers. For over ten years, Lisa has owned and run her own business. She obtained her BA in Business Administration from Aquinas College and has held a Real Estate License for the last 8 years. Residing in West Michigan, Lisa is married and has two teenage children, a son and daughter. |
