Experience
Lisa O'Keefe is a partner in Mayer Brown's Real Estate group. She has a wide ranging practice that includes negotiating contracts for acquisitions and dispositions, preparing development documentation and negotiating mortgage and mezzanine loans for lenders and borrowers. She has substantial experience in representing landlords, tenants and property managers in leasing office, industrial and retail properties. Before joining Mayer Brown in 2000 Lisa practiced with a small Chicago firm representing local entrepreneurs and real estate developers.
