Ms. Monteleone oversees IntelliCare's operations for all clinical services. Ms. Monteleone brings more than 18 years of healthcare experience, including both management and clinical responsibilities. As administrator for Medical West Healthcare Center, a Missouri-based private duty homecare agency, she was responsible for all operational aspects of strategic initiatives related to medical management, business development, and regulatory compliance. Lisa also served as director, corporate health services and physician sales representative for Nurses & Company, a MediCare/Managed Care homecare agency in St. Louis MO; and as nursing supervisor, pre-operative and post-operative care areas for an independent outpatient surgical center with HealthSouth in St. Louis, MO. Ms. Monteleone holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. She has been a JCAHO site coordinator, paramedic and respiratory therapist instructor, in addition to serving on the Advisory Board of a privately held homecare agency. |
