Lisa Miceli Waters

Ms. Waters primarily represents lenders and borrowers in connection with secured transactions, counsels buyers and sellers in asset purchase transactions, advises clients with respect to the formation and organization of businesses, including "S" Corporations, "C" Corporations and Limited Liability Companies, and prepares agreements related to various business matters, including shareholder buy-sell agreements, pledge agreements and stock purchase agreements. In addition, Ms. Waters counsels clients in connection with partnership matters and corporate governance issues relating to officers, directors and general and limited partners.
