As Chief Financial Officer, Lisa Mastrangelo is responsible for all finance and investor relations activities. Mastrangelo comes to Centive with over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles in large global organizations and growth technology ventures. Mastrangelo joins Centive from Houghton Mifflin, where she served as vice president of operations. Prior to Houghton Mifflin, Mastrangelo served as chief financial officer at Experience, the leading career site for college students and alumni. Prior to Experience, Mastrangelo served as Corporate Controller at MatrixOne and Firefly Network and Assistant Corporate Controller at Lotus Development Corporation. Mastrangelo is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley College and a MBA from Boston University. |
