Mrs. Massman is a Partner at Optimum and is responsible for ensuring that the quality of our services to each client meets the highest standards. In this role, she is repsonsible for overseeing all aspects of Optimum’s HCM, Financial Management, SCM, CRM, and Technology Practices. Lisa has fifteen years of project management and system implementation experience and to each client she brings a combination of extensive system design experience, deep business process knowledge and considerable technical expertise. Lisa has spent the last ten years implementing Oracle E-Business and Enterprise Financial Management, Human Capital Management and Supply Chain Management applications having completed a dozen full lifecycle implementations in the professional services, transportation, consumer products and technology industries. Mrs. Massman is well regarded for her project management expertise, ability to guide complex projects and her track record of success in delivering solutions on time and on budget. Lisa completed her undergraduate education at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Her success comes from her unique ability to grow and energize project teams, her forward thinking leadership skills, and her warm, personable communication style. |
