Lisa is a 1981 Cum Laude graduate of Emerson College where she earned a BFA degree and brought her expertise to productions in NYC and Boston before beginning her insurance career in sales for a large National carrier. Prior to founding AMINEX in 1990, Lisa worked for a National Recruiting firm in the Insurance and Actuarial field. Lisa is consistently one of the top billers in the INS, an organization of Insurance Specific Recruiting firms from all over the country, and has won the award for Highest Production four times.
