Lisa was born in Knysna, South Africa and raised in Carmel California. After graduating from a top boarding school on 17 Mile Dr. in Pebble Beach, she graduated with a BS from the University of the Pacific. She was one of three graduates chosen from over 200 to work for BMG Music in Los Angeles, CA After working in the Entertainment Industry doing Research for BMG and Warner/Chappell Music Publishing, she was recruited by a top recruiting firm in Westlake Village, CA. She was quickly promoted to run her own division of the company

and has now chosen to join our talented team here at Weitz and Associates. Lisa's primary focus throughout her recruiting career has been on the placement of Managers, Directors and VP's in a diverse area of expertise.
