Previous Industry Experience:
I started at D.H.S. as a Level I CSR, became a Level II and eventually became the CS Manager. Before D.H.S., I worked as a CS Rep, Pharmacy Tech, District Tech and Pharmacy Help Desk Level II Rep for large national retail pharmacy chain.
Work on Other Teams, Committees or Projects:
I’ve been a member of the HIPAA Team at D.H.S. and I can say that we have dedicated hundreds of hours to making sure that our electronic transmissions are HIPAA compliant. We know how important this issue is to our customers. Along with another CSR, I helped implement the eBilling Team.
Why I work at D.H.S.?
Jeff and Stuart have worked very hard to provide the best Home Infusion Software product on the market. We have grown considerably in the time since I’ve been here and I’m proud to be part of the D.H.S. team. Leading the eBilling Team is both challenging and very rewarding. Nearly everyone is confused or intimidated by electronic billing issues we help them figure it out. Our customers depend on us to help them keep the cash rolling in and they appreciate it. |
