Lisa is a co-founder of our firm, and has been an executive recruiter for 13 years. She started her search career specializing in placing financial professionals across a variety of industries. She soon developed expertise in strategy, strategic sourcing, business development, corporate development, product development, marketing, corporate finance, general management and operations. Lisa has built a well-respected retained recruiting practice focused on placing senior level executives. She has managed senior level search engagements that have resulted in the hiring of numerous top alumni of well-regarded consulting firms, investment banks, private equity firms, blue chip companies, CPA firms, and top business schools. She has worked extensively with companies experiencing tremendous transition, including high growth, start-up and turnaround situations. In the course of performing this work, Lisa has established long-standing relationships with executives all over the country. Lisa earned her CPA working in the audit and tax departments of the national office of Ernst & Young in Cleveland, Ohio. She also worked in finance at Verizon/GTE. She holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Kent State University. Lisa serves on the board as VP Programs for the Association for Corporate Growth, Los Angeles (www.acgla.org). She is also very involved in the national private equity initiative for the Association for Corporate Growth.
