Lisa Hoffman is originally from the New York metropolitan area and graduated from the University of Rochester in 1985. Upon graduation, she was recruited by Procter & Gamble into their Sales Management Training Program. She started her career with P&G as a Sales Representative in Rochester, New York and progressed through several levels of management. In her 12 years with Procter & Gamble, Lisa held positions in major account management calling on sophisticated customers like Wegmans and Tops Markets, sales management, retail operations management, category management, and special project management. She has led organizations of 25+ people and $350 million in sales. In these roles she worked in the Packaged Soap & Detergent, Paper, Beauty Care, and Grocery Retail Operations divisions.
At P&G, Lisa was a leader in the area of diversity, where she led the Boston Women's Organization, was a member of the Eastern Region Women's Board, and mentored others in the organization. She was also led recruiting teams at several major universities including her alma mater, and helped P&G to attract highly qualified people to the sales organization. She has extensive knowledge of the industry, how to attract highly qualified to organizations, and how to provide world class service to our business partners.
Lisa is a member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Women's Food Service Forum. |
