Lisa Gragg serves as Project Manager for CenterGate® Research contributing her experience in managing people and projects. Before joining CenterGate, Lisa spent 4 1/2 years at Primenet/GlobalCenter/Frontier/Global Crossing navigating many mergers and changes of management. Her most recent position there was Director of the Commercial Products Repair Center where she started a new group that fielded trouble calls for dedicated internet and web hosting. Prior to that she was Director of Customer Satisfaction, with Technical Support and Customer Service for dial-up internet reporting to her. In 1989 Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College. |
