Lisa is a business executive with more than 12 years of experience in organizational development and human resources for academic, manufacturing and high-tech organizations. Her areas of expertise include candidate assessment, culture development, and merger and acquisitions.

She comes to Inxight from Sistina Software, where she was instrumental in executive searches, recruiting and Sistina's merger with Red Hat, Inc. Lisa led Human Resources and served as a member of the M&A team while at Digital River. Prior to that, she was director of HR and organizational development at Provation Medical, Inc., where she was key in leading the organization through its rapid growth stage. As a consultant with Hertel & Murray, she specialized in climate/employee opinion studies, team development and career services.

Lisa received her bachelor of arts degree in psychology from St. Norbert College and a master's of science in management and organizational behavior from Silver Lake College.
