Lisa worked for more than a decade in retail management before coming to World Concern in 2002 as assistant director of the Global Distribution Center. Her responsibilities included procurement of goods-in-kind and shipments overseas; managing staff and volunteers; and working with partner agencies, community members, and the media in disasters. Lisa has traveled to Haiti to assess the gifts-in-kind program, and helped establish Haiti’s child sponsorship program. In July of 2005 Lisa joined the donor relations team at World Concern working with corporations, donors and overseas directors to support international projects. She was named director of Donor Relations in July 2006 and promoted to her current post in October of 2006. |
