Lisa Cribari was named to the position of Vice President, Global Human Resources for The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. in September 2005 culminating 17 years of accomplishments and increased responsibilities with the company. In this position, Cribari is responsible for the Human Resources function on a worldwide basis, and will lead the function in supporting the strategic and operating plans of all Reader's Digest businesses.
Since 1996, Cribari had been Vice President, Global Compensation & Benefits, leading the development of the company’s compensation and benefits philosophy, plans and programs to attract and retain talent. Cribari joined Reader’s Digest Association as Director, Global Compensation in 1988.
Previously, Cribari was Director, Compensation for CBS Inc., where she worked for 11 years providing compensation expertise to the corporation, with a particular emphasis on CBS’ publishing and broadcasting businesses.
She holds an MBA in Management from Pace University’s Lubin Graduate School of Business Cribari served as Chairperson of the Magazine Publishers of America (MPA) Human Resources Advisory Committee, and on behalf of the MPA, directed the publishing industry’s preeminent compensation survey, conducted by a national consulting firm. Cribari serves on the Human Resources Advisory Boards of the Northern Westchester Hospital and the Mental Health Association. She and her husband, Raymond Infarinato, live in Bedford, NY. |
